Our records indicate that you voluntarily canceled your reservation directly with the airline. This action was initiated by the passenger and was not a cancellation made by the airline.
As a result, you received a travel credit in accordance with the applicable fare rules.

Should you decide to use your travel credit, you are welcome to redeem it either through us or directly with the airline. We look forward to assisting you again.

However, the tickets were purchased under a non-refundable fare, as selected at the time of booking. The Ticket Protection purchased along with your reservation provides eligibility for a future travel credit, and that benefit has been honored for your case.

Ticket Protection does not provide entitlement to a cash or partial refund. Any exception to the applicable fare rules, including requests based on medical circumstances, must be reviewed and approved by the airline, as such decisions are made solely at the airline's discretion.

We continue to advocate on your behalf and have submitted your case to the airline for review. At this time, we have not received a final determination regarding whether any additional waiver or refund exception will be approved. We have kept you informed throughout the process and will provide an update as soon as we receive the airline's final decision.
