### ★★★★★ 55 in Skyworth
- Mark Zebrun · 2026-09-19

I bought a 55 inch Skyworth tv. About 2 years ago. Super low price from Canadian Tire and a $40 rebate on my card. Great color and sound and Google makes it easy to access the app. The TV is only 22 lbs and easy to mount. We are really I
Impressed . After seeing the TV 2 family members have purchased one.

### ★☆☆☆☆ A Waste of Money - Severely Restricted, Locked Down and Unusable Android Smart TV
- Peter L · 2026-08-15

Do not buy their STRONG Smart TV. It is extremely locked down, with most Android settings stripped out. Even basic network options like setting a proxy are unavailable - you only get the most basic system controls.

Most app permissions are automatically blocked, leaving you stuck with the preinstalled apps. Even activating a new Google account fails.

This feels less like owning a TV and more like renting a device controlled by the manufacturer. A huge waste of money.
