I purchased these cases around a month and a half ago, and I have been trying to resolve an issue with their quality ever since. I purchased two cases, both costing over £20 each, so I expected a reasonable level of quality. Unfortunately, both cases arrived with marks that looked like glue residue, as well as other marks that appeared similar to scratches. The marks could not be removed, and they made the cases look cheap, damaged and generally terrible. This is particularly disappointing considering the price of the cases. I have provided numerous photos and evidence of the issues, as requested, and have been more than cooperative throughout the process. Despite this, I still have not received a refund. What is even more frustrating is that my repeated requests for a refund have now gone unanswered for several days. The company has also said that the matter needs to be escalated to the manufacturer. If the company accepts that the issue needs to be escalated to the manufacturer, then clearly there is a product issue that needs to be addressed. As a customer, I don't believe it is my responsibility to deal with the manufacturer. My purchase was made from this company, and whatever discussions they need to have with their manufacturer or supplier should be dealt with separately. It has now been around six weeks since I made the purchase. I have provided substantial evidence of the problems with both cases, yet I am still waiting for the refund I have repeatedly requested. The poor quality of the products, the lack of communication and the way this refund has been handled have been extremely disappointing. The case itself feels very fragile. It slipped out of my hand once, and that was enough for it to crack. What’s worse is that it actually left a small mark on the phone’s frame, which completely defeats the purpose of having a case in the first place. On top of that, the case is quite slippery, making it harder to hold securely. For something meant to protect an expensive device, that’s a major flaw. Customer service was just as frustrating. I contacted them multiple times to correct the replacement price to $16.99, but despite explaining it at least 10 times, I was still charged $21.99. That lack of attention and support made the whole situation even worse. Overall, poor durability, bad grip, and disappointing customer service. I received my order today and the casing came with obvious scratches, bubbles, and defects straight out of the box. I contacted their customer service immediately after opening the parcel, and instead of helping, they insisted that I should bear the shipping fee for a replacement because I “didn’t take an unboxing video.” This requirement was NEVER stated anywhere on their website. On top of that, the customer service team was unhelpful, and kept pushing the responsibility back to me even though the product clearly arrived damaged. Totally unacceptable. I will not purchase from this store again, Buyers, be careful — their after-sales service is terrible and they do not take responsibility for faulty products. ### ★★★☆☆ Poor - air bubbles and no air bubble squeeze tool - Seng Han Lim · 2025-06-04 Just bought a screen protector for my iPhone 16. Not a great product because 1) no instructions of how to install it online (at least none that were obvious as I could not find any, 2) after installing the protector, there were lots of stubborn air bubbles with no tool provided to get rid of them. From my past experience with screen protectors, the best brands have little air bubbles from the start and provide small tools to allow you to squeeze out the bubbles. I've put the case on but there are bubbles. Not much protection and the case didn’t last long. It got scratched just from dust and sand and got really loose to barely stay on my iPhone 14. So I asked for a replacement. Once I paid shipping costs they said the transparent case is sold out and I can have a different color. Not interested in colors, but I checked the website. I sent multiple screenshots of the transparent case being in stock online and was just ignored. They said they refunded the shipping cost.
