这公司太烂了。门铃摄像头坏了六个月才给换，结果换了个玩具屋用的门铃。就是插墙上的那种，声音从插头里传出来。屋里大部分地方根本听不见。太离谱了！

Alarm system issues! We had a system in our apartment building which has 7 families and the alarm was continuously going off. Slomins techs had no idea what the issue was or how to resolve it, and told us to just let the battery rundown at let the alarm continue! This obviously was not an option so we had to personally remove the equipment to get the alarm to stop. Slomins advised that they do not want the equipment back. We have called Slomins and sent a Certified Letter stating the issue. They have sent a Collections Letter even though they were unable to ever resolve the issue. We have called and been told we would hear from Daniel Sapp the Collections Manager however he never called back. I called again today and spoke to a Jane who could not have been more evasive or vague. She claims Daniel would not be in the office until Friday and would not call back until Monday. Slomins letter states to call them within 10 days but obviously they are not capable of returning phone calls. When I requested to speak to any Supervisor I was told by Jane that there are no Supervisors. How do they expect to rectify any issues?Apparently Slomins lack of management, technical expertise and responsiveness is nonexistent. However they expect the customer to abide by their requests and just ignore phone calls. STAY FAR AWAY!
As a follow up today Thursday, Daniel Sapp returned my call - remember he would not be available until Monday! Hmmm….He said a Tech was never called which is totally untrue. My husband called Slomins immediately as the alarm was going off and the Tech claimed they had no idea what the issue was and to
let the alarm continue until the battery ran out. My husband then called the following day and got told the same thing. Apparently Slomins does not log calls or scrubbed these. Daniel did not want to discuss or explain why a Tech would not come out. He just kept saying we never asked for a Tech. He then claimed Slomins did not receive a Certified Letter which we have the receipt for - rut oh! Since he had no explanation as to why a Tech refused to come out , he told us he did not want to discuss further and said to speak to the Attorney. Another fabulous interaction with a Slomins employee - bad service starts at the top and flows down through the company. I guess that explains why a Tech would refuse to assist or come out to check an ALARM SYSTEM!
