Hi Rakeem, as we disclosed to you in our correspondence, your account was breached due to failing KYC from our third-party partner, Sumsub. All financial related organizations must have customers successfully complete the KYC process. If a customer doesn't successfully pass the KYC process, then it is illegal for the organization to transfer funds to the user. We specifically outline this process in great detail within our Help Center so customers are aware of this process prior to making a purchase with our organization.
