The parcel, tracking number UL410729761YP, was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time. I repeatedly contacted Smoke6 requesting a proper update, but received little to no meaningful assistance. On 30 September 2026, the tracking finally reported that the parcel had been destroyed by customs. I contacted Smoke6 again, provided the tracking evidence and screenshot, and requested a full refund because the goods were never delivered. An email sent to their published support address then bounced back as “address not found.” I subsequently tried contacting them through their website and from another email address, yet the matter remained unresolved. Customers should not have to spend weeks repeatedly chasing a business for information about an order they have already paid for. Even if customs caused the final delivery failure, Smoke6 was still responsible for communicating properly and resolving the failed order. Instead, I was left doing all the follow-up myself while receiving no product and no satisfactory resolution. As of writing this review, I have not received my order or the full refund requested. I would not recommend Smoke6 based on their poor communication, inaccessible support and handling of this failed delivery. ### ★★☆☆☆ I ordered and the items were great except one that was broken - David · 2026-09-27 I ordered and the items were great except for a puffco bubbler. It was broken and box was slightly crushed. The box was to small for ghe amount of stuff in it lots of glass and metal no extra outside padding because the box was to small. My package made it through the international portion of the journey relatively quickly, arrived in the U.S., cleared import, and was handed over to the local carrier. After that, the tracking basically became useless. It sat on “Batch delivery to carrier” for days with no meaningful update. Then, after repeatedly checking the tracking, I eventually found out that it had actually been loaded onto a vehicle, departed a facility, and arrived at another facility — updates that apparently took a significant amount of time to show up. The package is now sitting at another facility with no clear indication of when it will actually be delivered. The biggest problem isn’t even just the shipping speed; it’s the lack of timely and useful tracking information. As a customer, you’re left wondering whether your package is moving at all. I understand that international shipping can take time, but this level of uncertainty and delayed tracking is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend offering a more reliable shipping option. They use the most bootleg shipping service possible (yanwen) and they haven’t responded to my past email. Not impressed at all. It says my order is going out for delivery today but USPS, UPS and FEDex all came and went and I still didn’t receive my package. Hopefully it arrives. I had to download the shop app just to see the progress of my order. The only reason I ordered from this site was because of how cheap it was and for the free gift. I’ll be lucky if it arrives on time. If you try contacting the carrier it calls a number in China.
