Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with us. We appreciate the feedback, and will look forward to hearing you from you again soon. Orders placed after shipping has closed on Wednesday are routed to ship the following Monday. This is because UPS will leave them sitting in an uncooled warehouse over the weekend, resulting in extended transit that risks the safety of some products during warmer weather. If needing an order by a specific date, we recommend contacting our service team by phone at 800-705-2323 so they can see if you'll need to upgrade shipping to get it to you sooner. We hope to provide you with a 5 star experience in the future!
