Total waste of money. It turned an orangey-brown colour on my face - absolutely nothing like my complexion. Neither does it seem suited to mature skin, as it looked dry and cakey. As for their money-back guarantee, it was issued as a store credit. Not what I call 'money-back'. It received two stars instead of only one, as their customer service was very prompt. ### ★★★★★ I ordered the Colour changing… 感谢GENREV(1202873)。 The Smooche Team ### ★★★★★ Excellent Customer Service & full refund - Mary Greenway · 2026-08-25 I write this review based on their customer services. The product I bought just didn't suit my skin so I emailed Customer Services Genrev was so helpful and issued me a full refund straight away which hit my account within 5 days - Thank you Genrev. This company's ethics are first class, please have no hesitation in purchasing from them. The Smooche Team ### ★★★★★ Was a bit apprehensive to be v honest… - Holly Evans · 2026-08-24 Was a bit apprehensive to be v honest but WOWZA… this product is great!!! She first contacted me for my home address rather than my post office box. She kept track of my order and promptly answered all my questions and provided progress reports. My order arrived yesterday in time for my vacation in September. The Smooche Team ### ★★★★★ Love love love this color matching foundation! - Bekah · 2026-08-24 Absolutely blown away by how well the color changing foundation stick! I’ve tried several others that either don’t match, leaving a pale and sometimes white base, to some that look cakey and settle into fine lines. This one is amazing!! It color matches PERFECTLY, feels light, and blends evenly. I use a tone correcting primer underneath and my skin looks even, fresh, and clean all day. The shipping was very quick too. Could not recommend this product and company more! The Smooche Team ### ★★★★☆ Good with limitations - BETH · 2026-08-24 Friendly service. Foundation is above average although not extraordinary. Worth trying out if you have a lighter skin tone. However, I don’t see this working for all skin tones — definitely an area that could use improvement. The Smooche Team ### ★☆☆☆☆ I really don't like the product Smooche… - Kitty Denisenko · 2026-08-24 I really don't like the product Smooche foundation. I used for a week straight. It didn't give good coverage, was very dusty on my skin and dried my skin out. Would not recommend this product > 商家回复 (2026-08-24): Hi Kitty, 很抱歉听到您的经历，我们希望为您解决问题。 The Smooche Team ### ★★★★★ Unfortunately I had an allergic… - Tammie Shore · 2026-08-24 Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the products I bought but Carla made the process of a refund pain free. Thanks for the wonderful customer service 😁 > 商家回复 (2026-08-24): Hi Tammie, 很抱歉听到您对产品不满意。 The Smooche Team ### ★☆☆☆☆ The product did not work for me - Lynda O'Leary · 2026-08-24 The product did not work for me. I have mature skin and the foundation simply gave my skin a white shiny glow for a while. It is smooth to put on but did not have the 'foundation' look i was hoping for. I am not requesting a refund. But I am using it as a base for a tinted moisturiser, which I only need a very small amount of, to give my skin a little colour. I feel the product is way over priced and I will not be buying again. I should also mention it took about 3 weeks to arrive from America, so patience is needed > 商家回复 (2026-08-24): Hi Lynda, 很抱歉听到您的经历，我们希望为您解决问题。 The Smooche Team ### ★★★★★ Product didn’t work for me but customer… - Linda Marshall · 2026-08-24 Product didn’t work for me but customer service, Carla 991815, was very efficient and issued me a store credit. The Smooche Team ### ★★★★★ Really liked the colour changing… - Lydia Baker · 2026-08-24 Really liked the colour changing foundation and brush, so crazy how it matches my skin tone! Thanks GENREV for the quick customer service response 143LYDIA > 商家回复 (2026-08-24): Hi Lydia, 非常感谢您的精彩反馈！ The Smooche Team ### ★★★★☆ I bought the colour changing foundation… - Carolyn Curran · 2026-08-24 I bought the colour changing foundation after reading reviews. I knew it had mixed results but as they offered a money back guarantee I thought I’d nothing to lose. Turns out I did as when I tried to get my money back no one responded to my emails. Don’t buy you’ll just regret it. *update * Since posting I have had a full refund. Carla was able to sort things very efficiently and I’m grateful. I am disappointed it took a review being posted to get the refund. But thankfully I have my resolution and am happy. 此致， The Smooche Team ### ★★★★★ 喜欢这个产品 - Gaspar Marino · 2026-08-24 Love the product. Genrev was helpful offered options but ultimately refunded me quickly and without any hassle. I appreciated this ease on trying something new. 此致， Smooche 团队 ### ★★★★★ Great Customer Service Sharon - Christine Titus · 2026-08-24 Customer Service Sharon got back to me rather quickly and offered a store credit, which I thought was kind. 此致， Smooche 团队 ### ★★☆☆☆ I tried it ! - Catherine · 2026-08-24 Well, for starters , there is no manufacturers or company details on the packaging; there is a list of ingredients, a batch number etc - so that’s fine 👍 The consistency of the white cream is ‘sticky ‘ which feels a little odd - it did feel dry on my skin even though I used a moisture cram and serum base . I’m not sure if there was a colour change to match my natural complexion on my face - as it didn’t look any different to me - colour wise nor did it even out my complexion when I tried it on my knee - it looked a little orange - ish .. So, I’m on the fence with this - I guess you get what you pay for - maybe not tge one for me - but may work well on some people - just don’t expect miracles.. 此致， Smooche 团队 ### ★★★★★ I’m giving a 5 because a customer… - Laura · 2026-08-24 I’m giving a 5 because a customer service person named GENREV has taken care of me. I did purchase the Smoochie makeup. Unfortunately I’m very fair and it didn’t adjust to my skin tone. I sent an email asking to return it because they do want customers to be satisfied. They are making the adjustments to my satisfaction. ✨ 祝好， Smooche 团队 ### ★★★★★ Seamless - Erum Beg · 2026-08-24 My experience with the Smooche support team was seamless.
