I sent you an email tonight (subject: “An apology from Snap2Pass”) with a refund and an offer to expert-review your photo at no charge. We also shipped a fix to the voice agent today so this exact failure mode can’t happen again — it now reads emails back phonetically before searching and falls back to “please email us” when audio quality breaks the lookup.
