Every Wednesday, we send a 20% off promotion that runs through Thursday which will always be the month, to make it easier on our customers to remember. Furthermore, the email clearly states the expiration date. The code you referenced, JULY, explicitly stated it expired on July 23. Our records also show the promotional email was opened multiple times before and after that date. Our weekend sale is a separate promotion that begins on Saturday and runs through Monday. Like all of our promotions, it cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed outside the advertised promotional period. Receiving a new promotional email after placing an order does not change the terms or validity of a previous promotion. We've also made a consistent effort to ensure customers have opportunities to save beyond scheduled sales. In addition to weekly promotions, we offer reward points that can be redeemed for discounts on purchases throughout the year, even when a sale isn't running. Many customers choose whichever option provides the better value for their order. If there had been any uncertainty about which promotion applied, our customer service team is always happy to help before an order is placed. We regularly answer questions regarding promotions and, when appropriate, work with customers to find a solution. Regarding your claim that we removed your Trustpilot review, that simply isn't possible. Businesses cannot selectively remove customer reviews from Trustpilot. Review visibility and moderation are handled exclusively by Trustpilot under their own policies. We've been serving the kratom community for years with a transparent promotional schedule, competitive pricing, and responsive customer service.
