Hello, first of all, if the product you received has quality problems within 30 days, we can resend you a new product or refund you directly without any positive review from you. In addition, you don't need to ship the product to China. Finally, the refund from PayPal is also our initiative. As for the fishing emails or something you mentioned, we never do that. If you have any questions, please contact our support team instead of giving malicious negative reviews. Thank you for your understanding.
