We truly appreciate your recommendation. (2026-03-22): Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that part availability and customer service met your expectations. We did ship your order the same day, and we apologize that FedEx took 8 days to deliver it. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, we do not have control over carrier transit times. We understand how important these parts are, especially when a shower chair is not functioning properly, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is helpful as we continue to review our shipping options and communication.
