I placed an order on the Sonic app. I waited 30 minutes and didn’t receive my food. I called the customer service number twice and both times the rep said she couldn’t hear me. I filled out the form on their website and I received a response. They said sorry and they gave me reward points. I told them I wanted a refund since I didn’t get my food.
