I ordered on 7 December and no update or response to email. Says it takes 3-5 business days to process and 7-10 business days to post to Australia and that they would let me know when it's dispatched ... but have received no communication from them since then Update: January 2024. After chasing up the company listed on PayPal (different to Sopula), I received emails from both parent company and Sopula saying that there was a delay in the factory. Two emails followed with updates and dispatch information. Received items late but in good condition in early January. Two pairs of shorts - one made with cheap material, other better quality but son was happy with them both
