I'm so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our insoles. They are definitely not meant to be used as a padding or cushion, they are a midfoot support - so I'm concerned that you might be placing them incorrectly. Will you please contact us directly so that we can discuss placement, discuss what's going on with your feet and see if this is the right size and correct product for your needs? We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so we are also happy to help you with a return/refund. Please email us at info@soulinsole.com ### ★★★★★ 很棒的产品 - Charlotte · 2026-01-11 · 已验证 很棒的产品，很棒的价格 > 商家回复 (2026-01-13): Thanks for taking time out of your day to write a review of your experience!
