We are sorry about the trouble with your watch, and sorry that getting back to you took longer than it should have.

Our team did look at your order and offered what we could, and we know it was not the resolution you were hoping for. We would still like to help. Please reply to your email thread so we can go through it again.

- Rose Fisher · 2026-08-04

- Doug Hinchey · 2026-08-03

(2026-08-04): Thanks Doug, this made our day. That night mode setting is one of those small features people usually find later, so it is great that you dug into it early. Glad the team could help with your questions too. Enjoy the watch, and we are always at hello@spadeandco.com if anything comes up.
