Completely negative first experience!

Completely negative first experience! 1. I chose faster delivery, for which I paid an extra 10.85 Eur, but two weeks later, when I contacted the seller, it became clear that the product had not been sent at all. 2. I received the product after a month, as it should have been with standard delivery. 3.I received the wrong part.

The money was withdrawn, there is no goods even in the history of orders. do not get in touch. Deception!!!!!!!!

the part to the phone does not work!

Good service

No order confirmation, no communication, possible scam

I placed an order 3 days ago, money has left my account but I didn't receive a confirmation email so I began to worry. I've emailed several times and requested my money back within the 24hour period as I feared that this was a scam. I still have not heard anything, can someone please get in touch with an update if you see this!? It's possible this site may not be legit as none of their communications work.

Item advertised and purchased wasn't in stock

I was annoyed to find out the item I purchased was out of stock. It would've been a much more pleasant experience if this was indicated before I went through the effort of making an online transaction. What made the experience better than some of the other online stores is that my money wasn't debited from my account before letting me know that the order couldn't be completed.

Excellent service

Outstanding

Amazing experience

Good service

It didn't take long to receive the product. The product is exactly what I was expecting. I am happy with the service and the product.

Well Done / Package received, thanks

I need to add my special thank to the Spare Parts Mobile Team as my package has just arrived and it includes all items. I need to start my work, hope it goes well. Best regards from Switzerland. Old comment: After weeks of ordering and payment we still wait for the delivery. There is no correct track and tracing to know where the package ist.
