SpeedCubeShop is an amazing place to buy speedcubes, with a huge selection that fits every skill level. Their shipping is impressively fast and the packaging always arrives safe and secure. Customer service is outstanding and quick to help whenever there’s a question or issue. I also really appreciate the helpful tutorials, setup options, and high-quality lubricants they offer. Overall, SpeedCubeShop is a reliable, top-tier store that I would happily recommend to any speedcuber.
Ive been their customer for years now and their customer service is genuinely some of the best I've experienced. Responsive, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. Highly recommended
The best speed cube store. Excellent customer service. They immediately respond to emails. They have a direct phone line to call. Great deals. Things go on sale on a regular basis. They ship as soon as they can. Their website is well designed. Their YouTube channel is very informative. The product reviews really help me decide on what cube to buy next. They are my go to for all things speed cube related.
The support was very responsive and extremely polite. I truly appreciated how patient and helpful they were throughout the entire process. The cube itself is incredibly smooth and satisfying to use. It also makes a wonderful gift — perfect for someone’s birthday or any special occasion. The robot is fascinating to watch and genuinely enjoyable. It’s such a unique product unlike anything I’ve seen before. Thank you very much for the excellent service and overall great experience!

Your order contained an advertised backorder as communicated through the product page, checkout, and your order confirmation email.

told would ship in 24 hours
told would ship in 24 hours, it's been a week... Company reached out and offered an explanation, although weak. If one item is backordered, it should not prevent the shipping of other items for weeks. Adjusting rating from 1-3 stars.
