Never experienced a supplier with these lack of responsibility. They can't handle growing businesses at all. In the beginning they say they can do everything and while weeks pass they don't take responsibility for anything agreed on. Update 20-04-2026: After posting our initial review, the company refused to provide us with an invoice unless we remove or change our negative review. We consider this to be BLACKMAIL. We require an invoice for our accounting records, and it is standard business practice to provide one upon request. Refusing to issue it in order to pressure customers into removing feedback is not acceptable. Genuinely some of the most warm and hardworking people I’ve met. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Just make sure you’re kind back, because they really deserve it. Their warehouse was super organized and clean, and you can tell their system is thought out down to the smallest details. I know quite a few people who work with SpeedFulfill, from small brands to companies doing thousands of orders a day, and I’ve honestly never heard a bad thing about them.
