If you selected electronic delivery, you should have received an email from Ameritas with details on how to access your Ameritas member portal. This is where you’ll find your ID card and more. If you chose paper delivery, your ID card should arrive by mail within 10 business days. We’ll give you a call to help get everything sorted, or feel free to reach us at 844-833-8440—we’re happy to help!
