Great products and customer service always!!

I love all the products i have purchased so far, and (GeneratorX Pro kit and recently the Scalar). I am making great progress in my healing. the chat room customer service is ALWAYS so quick and efficient and friendly, they go above and beyond to address your question or need. I wish all customer service reps at other companies were this nice and professional!!!

My first experience with Spooky2

My first experience with Spooky2 was that I was trying a new treatment for cancer. However my head hurt so the Dr put a Tylenol on the scalar and with in hours the head ache was gone! That made me a believer 😂. Loved the fact that it was fast and I didn’t have the bad side effects on my body for taking medicine.

my scalar broke down

Ms. Lisa from Tech Support

I received the Scalar about a week ago and I was very worried at first. I called support only once and they said they would get back to me by email. And to my surprise the next day Mrs. Lisa came back to me on my WhatsApp and asked to ask what I need to know!!! Since then Mrs. Lisa has answered every question I asked professionally and with amazing attitude and it never happened that I waited more than 30 seconds for a response from her!!! Thanks to her, today, after only a week, I know and understand much more about the Scalar and am really happy to have her in support. many thanks.

Exceptional customer service

Lisa has been exceptionally helpful when I have had questions about spooky2 hardware. She responds in a timely manner and has answered all my questions effectively. Overall, the admin at Spooky2 is definitely a 5 star experience.

I don’t even know where to begin

I don’t even know where to begin. The Spooky2Scaler is nothing short of a miracle! I sleep every single night in the scaler field generated by this wonderful device. I went from waking up a lot at night and generally not sleeping well, to sleeping through the night soundly, with increased REM sleep and waking up feeling refreshed. It has also improved my mood, overall energy, and has completely eliminated all of my body aches which, previous to using this technology nightly for the past couple of months, plagued me constantly. I also love to take power naps in the scaler field when I need a boost of energy during the days. I haven’t even explored the bio-feedback capabilities of this miraculous unit yet… but it’s at the top of my to-do list.

Great Customer Service & Products

I had questions before, during, and after I ordered the Spooky2 kits. The support people, Anna, Nadia, and Chloe were all very helpful. I am very comfortable with the Spooky2 product support received so far, and since this will be a life learning process, I know I will get the needed support in the future. The kits are solidly built and functioning. I am looking forward to the effectiveness of the Spooky2 system. Thank you Spooky2 Team !
