我的凉鞋收到时左脚鞋缺少一个搭扣。那个搭扣只是装饰性的，所以我把另一只鞋上的搭扣拆下来装到左脚上，让它们看起来匹配。但有点失望的是他们居然给我发了一双有瑕疵的鞋

我对这双鞋挺失望的。鞋子两侧太大了，走路的时候两边会外翻……我觉得是皮革太长或者不够紧绷。我也不太懂，毕竟我不是做鞋的。我穿去办公室一次就想退，但因为已经穿过了，他们扣了钱，运费也要扣。我觉得不会再在网上买了，退货太麻烦了。

I understand how frustrating it can be when a style does not provide the fit or feel you were hoping for, especially when ordering online. We always want our customers to feel confident with their purchase, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns regarding the fit of the sides of the shoes.

I’d also like to clarify our return policy. 
Shoes must be returned in new, unworn condition in order to be accepted for a return. 
We do not charge additional fees for worn shoes; rather, worn shoes are simply not eligible to be returned.

The only fee that may apply to an eligible return is our $7.00 return fee, which is outlined in our return policy.

我对Spring Step非常失望。我去店里下了订单并全额付款，结果两周后才发现鞋子没货。我76岁了，拄着拐杖走路。在Tanger奥特莱斯的大太阳下走路对我来说非常困难，当我到达那里时，店员安抚我说：'哦是的，我们有货。'她查了系统，说可以。我订了鞋，付了款，然后收到通知说订单被取消了。我对这件事非常失望。我不得不去DSW尝试买一双不合适的鞋。我以后会三思而后行，不会再回Spring Step了。

我再也不会从这家公司买鞋了。我买了一双凉鞋，第一次穿就发现特别滑。我是老年人，不能冒摔倒的风险。我联系了这家公司，他们态度极差，根本不在乎你的问题。那是你自己的问题！！他们只会说这不是制造问题，反正鞋是他们做的，但什么都不管你。为了你自己好，去别处买吧。我花了83美元买这双鞋，现在要扔进垃圾桶！这鞋做得跟垃圾一样！小心！！！！

Because these were purchased through one of our retail partners, their specific return and exchange policies apply. Since the 14-day return window has passed and the sandals do not have a manufacturing defect, we unfortunately cannot bypass their system to process a direct return or exchange from our end.
I know this is incredibly frustrating, especially since the shoes are brand new, and I am truly sorry we can't offer a different outcome. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will share your feedback about the soles with our product design team
