Lied & got caught out.

Awful experience. Claimed I had ordered via a mail method, then tried to avoid paying and only on threat of bad review did they complete transaction (swiftly) Then received a sarcastic message from the delivery person, apparently flying to trade is a chore when somebody has paid $20 for your service. Don't use, simple as that.

Hello, Here is the truth. You did choose mail delivery (it's on the record) and you only came to us to change it to face to face after we have mailed the gold. By that time our sender hasn't got the gold you return. We need to confirm before we can send again. This should be the correct process, right? But you ignored the fact and started calling us scammer and threaten to write a bad review. Sorry but a bad review won't change the fact that it's your own mistake. Our sender then asked you to come to the bank to trade and you didn't want to. Time to us is precious too. We totally understand why he was angry--that's not his responsibility. I order the smalles amount 1000 gold, was waiting 4 days, and from the day 1 i get all the time information you need few more hours. after 2 days i swap server when you said it will be faster but gold there was much cheapier so i talk to consultant about sending more gold becouse of that and because of a long delay from your side. Still recive only 1000 gold that i order when on this server for this amount was 1400gold.

Delivery method gone wrong AGAIN

This is the third time now that I ordered for a mail delivery, and they did in-person. SSE used to be reliable and delivered reasonably fast in games like FFXIV with the desired delivery method. Looking at other reviews, I see a pattern with them in recent years where SSE delivers by means other than specified, and the order information does not even reflect the desired method. I think I might be done until this is resolved. Edit: I would like to add that, if you have an issue with a delivery method not being feasible, then you probably should not offer said method in your options. Also, additionally, my mood was not helped by the fact I tried going to customer service, and it was empty with no one available.

Not a good experience.

Made my order 2 days later I was told order ready, When I got home from work it was no longer ready so must have given what I paid for to someone else. Customer service is bad and made me feel like I was just bothering them. Never got my order never got an apology or anything close. Never again.

Very bad experience

Made a purchase for Throne and Liberty and it has not been delivered after 4 days . There is no way to really follow up your purchase and live tchat is constantly offline. Asked for a refound and there not answering either . Do not purchased anything from them terrible website there trying to scam people clearly . Hope they will wake up and stop this unacceptable behavior
