They were not able to deliver service as promised, but they DID refund the money. At least that shows they are not outright scammers , but I would still never use them again because having to wait for over twelve hours for a product that we needed on a time limit per the games instructions is just not professional. All they have to do is say we can't do it in the first place and I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting on them to build my team.
