Star Registration

Hello Lavenia, Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so pleased our Star Registry could be part of such a memorable educational initiative.

Hi Becca, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear she loved her star registration as a birthday gift. It sounds like you shared a truly special evening together, and we're honored to have been a small part of that memorable experience. We hope the gift is cherished for many years to come.

Hello Vaysage, Thank you! We're thrilled you enjoyed the star purchase experience. We appreciate your support and hope your star registration creates a special memory for years to come.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't what you expected. We can see that the Cancer constellation was selected during the registration process. This constellation is visible from Australia approximately from December to June, so visibility depends on the time of year and observing conditions. If you'd prefer a star that's visible year-round from your location, we'd be happy to help. We can still change the constellation for you, we have contacted you via email. We want to make sure you can enjoy your star registration to the fullest.

We are so happy to hear you had such a positive experience with your orders! It's wonderful to know our unique gifts are bringing joy for birthdays and anniversaries. Thank you for sharing your kind words.

Hi Alan, We're very sorry that your star didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately, in this case our system selected a star that wasn't as bright as it should have been for the option you chose. We've already reached out to you via email so we can resolve this issue and make things right. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to helping you find a solution.

We are deeply touched to hear our service could honor such a beloved teacher. We are glad the process was easy and the family was pleased.

Hello Ann, Thank you for your review. After checking our records, it appears that your order included only physical items and did not include a star registration. Since no star was registered, there were no registration documents or certificates to provide beyond the items that were ordered.

We are deeply moved by your thoughtful gesture and are glad our product could bring comfort during such a difficult time. We hope it continues to provide solace.

We're so glad you found our site easy to use and our team responsive. Your kind words about our timely paperwork are much appreciated. Thank you for your recommendation!

We are deeply touched to hear how our service has provided a meaningful way for you to honor the memory of your loved ones. We appreciate you sharing your heartfelt experiences with us.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d just like to clarify that we do not have a tipping system on our website, so we do not collect tips from customers. The additional amount you noticed may have been related to taxes, fees, or charges applied externally during payment processing rather than by our company.

We're glad you found our app simple and effective. Thank you for your feedback!

We are so happy you enjoyed this beautiful and mindful gift. Your kind words mean a lot to us.

Knowing that the process was easy and that your star provides a special place to feel connected and reflect on cherished memories means so much to us. We hope it continues to serve as a lasting tribute and source of peace for your family.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the self-print option and our customer service. We understand your frustration regarding the file formatting and the lack of a timely response to your refund request. We are reviewing our processes for self-print files and customer support to prevent similar issues.

Hello Lily, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you were otherwise happy with your experience, but we're sorry to hear your certificates arrived bent. We understand how disappointing that must have been, especially for a keepsake gift. We appreciate your suggestion regarding sturdier packaging and will share it with our team as we continue working to improve our service and international shipping experience.
