I asked for subtle changes and the artist was so patient and kind. In the end, I am so so happy and pleased with the my statue. My friend even cried after receiving it. Thank you again and you have a loyal customer.
I was very pleased with the final product. It looked very much like the picture I submitted. Also, I appreciated how well the staff stayed in contact with me even after there was a delay with my order. They provided excellent customer service.
We ordered 2 bobble head statues for Christmas with little hope that they would arrive by Christmas, since they were being made in China, and we only ordered them on 11/29/23. We were shocked to receive notification that they were shipped on 12/15, and we received them on 12/19!!! We can't even get a Priority Mail envelope from Alabama to Tennessee in less than 5 days. The bobble heads artists did a masterful job, and they were a big hit!! I wish I could upload a photo! Congratulations to this company on their unique and wonderful product, as well as their excellent customer service!
Beyond pleased with how my bobblehead turned out! These people are talented. I’m also extremely impressed with their customer service who got my approval at every step of the way during production & then helped me with a shipping problem (that was my fault). I got it as a gift for my husband and our friends and family were very impressed by it as well. Definitely going to need to get one made of myself!
My daughters love the bobblehead of their late "Superman" dad. The artists took every comment that I made to heart and made the adjustments. Sometimes it took a couple tries, but I feel they happily made them. I recommend this company and the bobblehead gift. Very unique gift.
I can honestly say that Statuegift.com is a very professional and customer care minded company. I ordered a statue for my friends' birthday and was truly blown away at how realistic and detailed it came out. I received an email within an hour or so of placing an order on the step by step process and proofing and they went out of their way to make it perfect and get it to me quickly. I just ordered a second statue and can't wait to show it off. thank you again!! A+A+A+A+A+
This is the PERFECT gift for the person who has everything. It came out exactly as I wished. The quality is fantastic. The communication with the artist was great and they listened to ME prior to finalization of the project. This experience was perfect and I would recommend this company to everyone who doesn't know what to get for for that special someone.
Process was painless, received proofs and corrections timely. Received the finished product before expected!! It’s perfect!! If I ever need another I’ll definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company
Quick response to all my changes. Excellent customer support. Quick delivery.
Great experience working with this company. Proof was delivered quickly and results were great! Great communication, service and product. Thank you!!!
Got a bubblegead for my son. Took a few back and forth emails to get the face just right but overall had a fun time getting this made for a highly unique gift.
Best customer service ever! The creator sent me a proof for the face image, and modified it per my instructions. They did the same for the hair design, and the result is absolutely perfect. I'm so excited to give this bobblehead as a gift. I highly recommend this service.
Ordered my bobble head and in 2 days received the first proofing. A few days later received the 2nd proofing, the quality of the bobble head was perfect !! Customer service was great also, when I had an inquire they responded within a day. Shipping after receiving the tracking number took a little over a week. Start to finish took a couple of weeks so order ahead of time. Great company, do not hesitate to order from them. Rick
First of all, the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. All my questions were answered and I was shown pictures of the progress made. The statue looks so much like my son. He is a graphic designer and avid fan of STAR WARS. Therefore, I ordered the Darth Vader bubble-head. It is perfect. Plus, great care was taken in the packaging. My son will certainly like this Christmas gift. Again, this is a great company and I will order more statues now that I have seen the quality of their creations.
I just got my order and it’s awesome! Absolutely perfect!!! Very professional and worked with me to fine tune the details. I am very pleased.
Great company! Communication throughout the process was excellent. The statue really looks like my friend, and she and her husband were just thrilled with the gift. Thanks so much!
The two statues I received are absolutely mind-blowingly perfect. Arrived very well packaged & in good time. I enjoyed the feed-back while the artists were making them. I can't wait to give them as Christmas Gifts and have ordered a third one. Thank you for your amazing artistry.
The entire order process was perfect. I received communication from the design team along the way with proofs of the progress. Shipping was great and product arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged very well for its long journey. When we opened the package, the likeness to my Dad was mind blowing! These guys are so talented. I will be ordering from them in the future!!
An awesome product that was custom made, and turned out perfect! Great company with prompt service. E-mails with detailed photos through every step of the build. Super pleased with the amount of detail and realistic traits! Thanks a ton!
