Hey Ivan!
If you purchased cards for level 40 but only got up to level 35, something went wrong.

Hello!
We take payment security very seriously. Stripe is a multi billion dollar company, and they are one of the largest and most trusted payment processors in the world, handling payments for companies like Amazon and Google. They are fully PCI-compliant and use advanced encryption and fraud prevention systems to keep transactions secure.
That said, we respect your concerns. If you experienced any specific issue at checkout, we’d be happy to look into it.
Thank you!
Hello!
You send the funds to the wrong address, and as we did not receive it, we were unable to credit you balance.
I suggest to contact your crypto provider to see if you can retrieve the funds from them.

Hello!
I'm so sorry to see you had a bad experience! During your order, steam servers were down which was causing trades to fail.
If you navigate to this page: https://steamlevelup.com/balance, you can see your balance was automatically credited as on-site balance.
Steam servers have cleared up however and trading is now working again!
Please navigate to the landing page, put in your desired level and continue to replacing your order. As you already have on-site balance, you will not be prompted to pay again and it will use your balance directly.
