I purchased a stroller on December 27, 2025, and the experience has been absolutely unacceptable. The product arrived in the wrong color, and before I could even assess its quality, I requested an exchange - only to be completely ignored. After discovering from the shipping label that they use a warehouse in the City of Industry, California, I drove several hours just to get the correct color myself. Once I unpacked and assembled it, I realized the stroller was poorly made and dangerous for a baby’s safety. When I contacted their customer service in China, they stalled and tried to offer me a partial refund instead of addressing the issue properly. I insisted on a full refund and a return label, but they stopped responding altogether. As of January 20, 2026, their website has gone offline, and I’ve now had to notify my bank about fraudulent activity. This company operates with zero accountability and poses a serious risk to consumers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Their products are not safe for use in the United States. Their website claims they meet US safety standards but none of the required stickers are on the car seat and the user manuals are clearly put into google translate from a foreign language. They are fraudulent and selling unsafe products, DO NOT USE!

I ordered the stroller and car seat combo
back in November. I gave birth in December.
When it was time to come home from the
hospital, I was told that the car seat doesn't
pass inspection. It's a 3 hardness but a 5
hardness is required to pass inspection. Do
NOT PURCHASE this product!!! I had to purchase a new car seat after spending $299
on this mess!!! I emailed Steanny and they
were rude, not once apologized for selling
something they KNOW will not pass inspection and basically started ignoring my emails.They said it was past the 15 day return. They know it's impossible to return because who will wait right before giving birth to purchase one of the most important items their child
needs. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
