(2022-05-23): HI Mike Thank you for your kind words and your recommendation. I read your review on Trustpilot and was extremely concerned. I am surprised that you did not contact us when the incident occurred as we have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee which offers either a replacement of the product or a full refund. We also offer full technical support to troubleshoot problems like these. This is the first case that I have ever heard of in over 20 years of mildew/mold growing in one of our sealer products. However, I realize that anything is possible and bacterial contamination could have somehow been introduced into the product. Although this incident occurred approximately 8 months ago and I am sure that you have probably used all of the product by now, I would still like to reach out to you and offer a full refund of your purchase price to compensate you for the extra work that was created for you. I look forward to your reply.
