After following the installation instructions the battery would show 0% and would never charge. Store staff was friendly at the beginning and provided additional installation instructions. They also didn't work. When I requested a replacement the company ghosted me. Eventually I got a refund through sending a complaint in PayPal. Sunny checked whether an item that had slight scratch on t would be ok, but I was not concerned about the scratches but concerned why it would have scratches on it. Sunny made sure to send one in perfect condition. Freight was a little bit slow but this was typical at them moment because of the pandemic hoax that all global and local freight can have delays. Tracking confirmed this as the item was sent out but all the hold up was in the freight companies storage airlines and customs. I recommend this company.
