I’m really sorry this felt upsetting — that was never our intention. The advertised price is tied to our optional VIP program, which includes a monthly fee that’s shown during checkout. We understand this isn’t right for everyone, and we appreciate the feedback as it helps us improve how clearly this is explained.

Hi Juan, We're sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify the record: a full refund for all three orders was processed today. If this hasn't yet appeared in your account, please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to complete the transaction. Just to clarify — our Magic Portraits are created using the exact photo you upload. The AI artist blends your pet into the chosen art style, which can sometimes change certain features or markings slightly to match the artistic scene. It’s never a random or different dog — it’s your own photo reimagined! If you’d like, you can try uploading a clearer or closer photo for more accurate results."

Thank you so much for this lovely review 🥰 What a brilliant gift idea — grandpups reading in bed is hard to beat! We’re thrilled they arrived quickly and brought so many smiles (yours included). That’s exactly what we love to hear. 💙

Knowing they bring you happiness, especially as a reminder of your beloved dog, really means a lot to us. Thank you for trusting us with something so special.
