- Melvin Wilcox · 2026-08-04 ·

(2026-08-04): Hi Melvin,

Thank you for trusting StoryReel with another book trailer! We’re thrilled that the visual continuity and attention to detail helped bring both trailers into the same cinematic world. Your recommendation means a great deal to our team, and we look forward to bringing more of your stories to life!

- Lessons from a Knucklehead · 2026-08-04 ·

(2026-08-03): Hi Rodrigo,

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry the script and trailer did not meet your expectations, especially regarding Amazon’s advertising guidelines. That is not the experience we want for our clients.

Our team would appreciate the opportunity to review your project and concerns directly to determine how we can help resolve this. Please contact us so we can work toward a satisfactory solution.

- The wealthy loser · 2026-08-02 ·
