I understand your concern about the actor likenesses used in the trailer and how that made the final video feel unusable for you. That is not the outcome we want for any author. Because of this, we are refunding your entire order. Please note that it typically takes 3–5 business days for the funds to be returned to your card, depending on your bank or card provider. I’ll also be personally reviewing this project with our team so we can better understand what happened and improve how we handle visual references, likeness concerns, and revision expectations moving forward.
