- That one Fan- · 2026-08-03 ·

(2026-08-05): Thank you so much for your amazing review! 🫶

We're so excited to hear your first Streamily experience was such a positive one. It means a lot to know you found the process easy, appreciated the quality of your order, and felt well informed throughout!

Thank you again, your kind words mean a lot. And we hope to help you create many more special memories in the future!

(2026-08-05): Hi Allison,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry that your daughter's birthday gift arrived long after the occasion and completely understand how disappointing that must have been.

For Signed Off Camera orders are generally completed by the talent within 30–60 days, although processing can take longer depending on the talent's availability. We mention this in our FAQs, but we understand that in situations like yours, where the wait extended well beyond that timeframe, it can be incredibly frustrating.

Alex only signs a couple of times a year, which unfortunately resulted in a much longer wait than usual. While we did our best to provide updates as we waited for the signing to take place, we understand that not having a more definitive timeline made the experience feel disappointing!

We really appreciate your feedback regarding setting clearer expectations for longer waits.

We're glad the poster arrived safely and met your expectations, but we're genuinely sorry the overall experience fell short. Thank you again for sharing your feedback!

Best wishes,
Streamily Support

(2026-08-05): Hi Lindsay,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review!

We're thrilled to hear your daughter's personalized video made for such a special birthday gift, and that Alex was able to help coordinate with the talent to get it recorded as quickly as possible. Knowing it arrived only a day later than you'd hope (and that it made her day) is wonderful to hear.

We also appreciate you sharing your initial concerns after reading other reviews. Every signing is unique, and while timelines can vary depending on the talent's schedule, we always strive to keep customers informed and provide the best support possible throughout the process.

It's fantastic to hear your signed print arrived safely all the way to the UK and in perfect condition. 🙌

Thank you again!

Best wishes,

(2026-07-14): Thank you for your feedback, and we're so sorry for the delay.

We've recently experienced a temporary backlog in shipments, which has unfortunately impacted some orders and tracking updates. Our fulfillment team is actively working through it, and we expect things to be back to normal very soon.

Tracking shows your shipment arrived on the east coast today, so you should receive it soon 😊

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any other questions or concerns about your shipment please contact our support team anytime!

Best wishes,
