Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re truly sorry for the frustration you faced with communication and the return process. That’s not the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologize. To clarify, our suits are sold as a set with a standard 6-inch drop (for example, a size 42 jacket is paired with size 36 pants). Both chest and waist sizes are displayed on the product page and confirmed again at checkout. This is the industry standard for ready-to-wear suits. While many customers find the fit works well, minor tailoring of about +/- 2 inches is often recommended. If the difference is greater, we understand the fit may not work for everyone. Because suits are sold and returned as a complete set, we’re not able to approve returns on partial pieces (such as only the jacket or only the pants). Had we known the situation when you first reached out on 8/18, we could have provided the right guidance and options before the return was sent. We do appreciate your kind comments on quality and shipping, and we’re sorry again for the difficulties you experienced.
