The copies are of poor quality, in another fabric than advertised and far from the original in appearance. Although claiming to respond with a refund policy within a week, you never get your money back. Bottom line, the whole setup is a scam, unless you like copy products of poor execution. Clothing are poor cheap quality and does not fit Australian standards. Have been communicating with their Service staff since 1 July for a full refund but just get a run around from them. First they tried to offer a voucher for a percentage of the total purchase price which I refused to accept as I will not purchase from them again. When I reminded the Service staff that their Company website advertised that it is 'easy to return and receive refund' , the Service staff said they are not responsible for the refund process and will chase this up.
