### ★☆☆☆☆ I was previously purchasing products…
- Paul LRS · 2026-10-24

I was previously purchasing products from this company then products started to get seized in that time they closed the old website down that I was buying from and created a new one in July 2026. This enabled them to not refund or re-ship any items, when I explain this they blocked me.

> 商家回复 (2026-10-24): We would like to clarify several important points regarding this review.

1. Our official website

Our official website is https://sulan-peptide.com, with a hyphen between “sulan” and “peptide”. The domains sulanpeptides.com and sulanpeptide.net are different domains and are not our official website. Please do not confuse these websites with our company.

2. Regarding the Google search screenshot

The screenshot shared with us shows sulanpeptides.com/pages/shipping-delivery, and Google's “About this result” section states that the domain was first indexed in April 2026. This screenshot does not establish that the website belongs to us or that it was our former website. The shipping information displayed on that page, including references to shipments from Atlanta, USA, is not sufficient evidence of any connection to our company.

3. Regarding alleged Australian customs seizures

As of today, we have no confirmed cases of Australian customers' parcels from our company being seized by customs. If you experienced a problem with an order, we would appreciate the opportunity to verify the actual transaction, shipping records, and seller involved.

4. Regarding refunds and reshipments

We take genuine customer complaints seriously. However, before attributing responsibility, it is essential to establish which website accepted the order and which company received the payment. We have also asked for clarification about transactions involving other similarly named websites so that responsibility can be accurately established.

We welcome verifiable evidence and are willing to review any genuine order-related concerns through the appropriate channels. We believe customers deserve accurate information and a fair assessment based on documented facts.
