I ordered what appeared to be a 3D model for my children’s upcoming birthday and college graduation so I ordered a total of 4. What I received were 4 printed photo on thick plastic. The back side of the photo isn’t even secured within the plastic so I’ll need to reinforce the photo on the back so it’s not easily scraped off. So incredibly disappointing. The wallet I received was extremely poor quality and felt very cheaply made. It was definitely not what I expected based on how it was advertised, and I did not feel it was worth what I paid for it. When I contacted the company to request a refund because I was unhappy with the quality, they gave me a difficult time and would only offer me a 50% refund. I don’t think a customer should have to lose half of their money for a product they are genuinely dissatisfied with. Between the poor quality of the wallet and the frustrating refund experience, I would not purchase from Sunflowerly again.
