The issues you've described are handled by your solar installation company. If you're having difficulty getting a response from your installer or need assistance, please call us at 844-SUNGAGE. If applicable, we can advocate on your behalf with the solar installer. If the system is non-operational, please contact our servicing team at (877) 742-2701 to learn about our payment deferment options.
