### ★☆☆☆☆ Life-time binding newsletter - no opt-out
- Thorbjørn · 2025-10-08

I signed up to use one of Superace's sister sites, UPDF, where part of the deal was receiving their newsletter. The software wasn't what I needed, so I unsubscribed. All well and good so far. The trouble occurred when I a week letter received another newsletter. Odd. After a few weeks of unsuccessfully unsubscribing, I wrote their customer support, who "helped me out". We're 3 weeks past that point now and I am still receiving newsletter. This level of incompetence is astounding to me. This should be as simple as removing me from a list, but alas, their system works in ways I, and apparently they, too, don't understand.

Putting up this 1-star review as an example of my experience, and motivation for them to get their things in order.

### ★☆☆☆☆ This is worst product

This is worst product. I purchased as wanted to use for PDF to excel conversion. Conversion is happening but only partial data is getting converted

### ★★★★★ Time saver
- Jenny Lwies · 2022-01-24

Working in a busy office environment requires using high efficient tools. The password remover is the best solution for your office. It works fast regardless of the number of PDFs you want to unlock. With just a single click on unlock button, you are done!

### ★★★★★ Simplest software to use
- Juliane Huber · 2022-01-23

The tool works perfectly to remove password from my documents. It’s simple to use since you just need to import the PDF into the tool and unlock it. With its simple interface, you learn how to use it instantly.

### ★★★★★ Versatile

UPDF has saved our organization the headache of managing and securing our documents. It has made it easy for us to upload, download, share, view, secure, and organize all files in a single place. The tool helps us keep all our office documents well organized and accessible. Besides, we also access and manage the files such as Excel, PDF, images, videos, and many others. UPDF is software every organization should have.
