Never got an order. They gave a tracking number that does not match any records with UPS, FedEx or USPS. Told us to ask family members and neighbors. We have cameras and no package was ever delivered on that date. The house is at the very end of a cul-de-sac with view of entire street from the cameras. They are responsible for the package and should file a claim with the carrier they contracted with. We want a full refund for the item we never received. No phone number to call, they only use email.
