What you're describing (video not loading on push or motion, working only some of the time) is exactly how these units behave as they age out. We're glad to monitor a camera you already own, but with hardware that's this far past end-of-life, there's a limit to how reliable we can make it no matter what we do on our side. If you'd like a doorbell that keeps up, the modern replacement is the Alarm.com AI doorbell camera (ADC-VDB775), with 4MP video, AI person and package detection, and far more dependable streaming.
