SurgeU

Hi Kearn, We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. We understand that each individual's journey and expectations may be different, and feedback such as yours is invaluable as we continually work to improve the experience we provide to every member of our community. A full refund has been extended to you on several occasions, including most recently on 6/8/2026, each of which you have declined. That option remains available should you wish to accept it. If it would be helpful to revisit any aspect of your program enrollment, participation, or the resources associated with your educational package, our team would be more than happy to provide those materials again and walk through any questions you may have so that you feel fully informed and supported. SurgeU is intended to provide a structured educational environment that brings together curriculum, live instruction, and access to a broader community of mentorship and support. What distinguishes the experience is not the content alone, but the ability to learn within a connected network of students and instructors working together. Engagement takes place across multiple formats, including online sessions, on demand learning, and in person experiences through Immersions. As our organization continues to grow, we remain focused on thoughtfully investing in the resources, technology, and support systems necessary to strengthen the overall experience for the community we serve. SurgeU is designed for individuals committed to investing time, and resources into developing skill and long term Kingdom impact. Positioned as guided learning, supported by practical tools and grounded in the belief that meaningful growth is built through consistent engagement rather than shortcuts. Above all, our commitment remains centered on operating with integrity, transparency, and genuine care for the individuals who place their trust in us, while continuously working to strengthen and improve the experience we deliver. Wishing you and your wife the very best as you move forward, and support remains available should you decide to move ahead with the resolution that has already been offered. Have a blessed day.
