They told me 3 times my order was delivered but I never received it. They stated they are not responsible for the logistic company that delivers their products. They told me to contact the logistic company directly, which by the way the contact information they provided was located in Chile! And the delivery was to the US. They are only willing to refund me 50 and their reasoning is because they aren’t responsible for the delivery with their logistics provider. That is NOT how you perform online business.
