Your order was delivered, and while the mirror unfortunately arrived damaged in transit, the other demo products were received. We received one out of the three pictures needed to start a damage claim with UPS and the additional pictures were requested. Before we could complete a damage with UPS, a chargeback was filed with your credit card company. Once we learned the reason for the chargeback, we again requested the additional photos of the damage so we could process a claim with UPS. The carrier required photos of the damaged mirror, the shipping box, and the shipping label. We requested these multiple times over a two-week period before finally receiving everything needed to submit the claim with UPS. Because the payment was already in dispute through your credit card company, we asked that the chargeback be canceled and that the demo products be returned so we could issue a refund. After that, we never received another response, the products were never returned, and despite multiple attempts to contact both you and your husband by phone, we were unable to reach either of you. We were required to respond to the chargeback by providing the same documentation and communication history to your bank. At that point, the matter was left for your credit card company to decide. We have always been willing to work toward a resolution, but that requires communication from both parties.
