A few times in the wash, and the sweatshirt will lose its form and the colors quickly fade. As I can't reply to Talkpeng's response, I'm editing my review on 10/4/26. I'm sure there are features that you can promote regarding Gildan, but the fact is that if you go to a college campus or maybe run a charity event, Gildan is the brand of the shirts that are handed out for free. Gildan is always the cheapest option when it comes to including a logo on a shirt. There's a reason for that. > 商家回复 (2026-10-01): Hi Joshua, Thanks for ordering with us and sharing your honest thoughts! Fabric & Durability: We specifically chose the Gildan Heavy Blend (50/50 cotton-poly fleece at 271 g/m²) because the polyester content provides strong shrink and fade resistance, while the 1x1 athletic ribbing with spandex helps the collar and cuffs hold their shape through repeated washes. Real-World Results: Across thousands of orders, our return rate sits well below 1%, and our average reviews across Trustpilot and Shopify remain consistently above 4 stars—the vast majority of our buyers are genuinely happy with both the comfort and the wash longevity. Our Guarantee: If your sweatshirt did not arrive in 100% top shape or fails to hold up to standard care (cold wash, low tumble), we don’t want you stuck with a piece you’re unhappy with. Please shoot a quick message with your order number to our team at hello@talkpeng.com - we’re always happy to arrange an easy return or make things right for you immediately. ### ★★★★★ Super! 🫶🏼 - Federico Ferrari · 2026-09-25 Super! Don’t waste your time or money. The company claims they will provide a return label if the issue isn’t your fault, but that wasn’t my experience. Instead, I was told that I had to pay the return postage myself. I found this misleading and very disappointing. Overall, the product quality and customer service did not meet my expectations. > 商家回复 (2026-06-05): Hi Anna, We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the quality of your order. We carefully reviewed the photos you provided and were unable to identify any manufacturing or printing defects. As a result, we are unable to classify the item as faulty. In accordance with our return policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when a return is based on personal preference or dissatisfaction rather than a confirmed production fault. If you believe there is a specific manufacturing issue that may not be visible in the photos provided, please let us know and we'll be happy to review any additional information. ### ★★★★★ Great service & product quality - Mel · 2026-05-23 Great service & product quality.
