It has been a 2 year journey and I feel there is a good, open and trustful relationship with our Advisor. The financial outcome has not been as good as initially expected or hoped, but I can count on him to take action when the portfolio is underperforming.

Ian Black, who I deal with and who is the company representative, is very courteous, very good at explaining and clarifying my investment and keeping me informed of any recent and possible future market activity. He also takes time to recommend any changes which he feels may be necessary to ensure my investments goals are met.
