However the printed chart supplied with the canvas is very tiny to the degree I can't use it in it's current format if I want to use it for additional bookmarks. I was surprised to see the amount of thread supplied for six bookmarks, there is huge quantity, probably enough to make dozens! I was disappointed with the quality of the thread and the fact that despite appearing to be a UK company the items came from China. There were no instructions on how to complete the bookmark so the back is covered so I had to Google what to do. The picture looks nothing like the stitching. The stitching is not detailed at all like the picture shows. It looks like a blobbed up mess is spots. Very very disappointing. I will never order from this place again. A lot of work so far for nothing. Bummed that I have to stop working on it as the picture that comes with it looks very nice. When it came to place the order, i was told i didnt have the right amount of funds. Checked my bank and low and behold they took an UNAUTHORISED pending transaction of 75% of the money in my account. Never have I ever had a retailer hold money for an order I haven't even placed.
