As we discussed, we look forward to having you onboard, and rest assured that we are making addressing the issues you raised a top priority. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciate the feedback, as it allows us to identify areas for improvement. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust and welcome you onto our platform soon. All the best, Johan, CEO, Tattoodo

Hi Jess, I sincerely apologize for the delayed payment and the inconvenience it caused you. As a valued artist on Tattoodo, you deserve prompt and reliable payments from us. The delay was entirely due to an internal process issue on our part, which is unacceptable. We are overhauling our communication and payment processes to ensure timely payments for all of our artist partners moving forward. I hope we get the opportunity to try and regain your trust. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to make this right. All the best, Johan CEO, Tattoodo
