In addition the elbow patch was on the inside of the arm. Totally inappropriate to wear unless you are doing a clown gig. My husband said we will just donate the item to Goodwill or Salvation Army, since he cannot wear it. Their communication offered to refund 60% of my purchase price to my payment method and told me I could reorder after my account is credited. They could not simply send me the correct item. I tried to get on the website. It asks for an email and says they aren't open yet but will contact me when open. Now I see they might be a scam. BUT that's where anything good ends! I fell subject to their advertising hog wash. So, I ordered a pair. These shoes a definitely not even as comfortable or good as they claim! The so called Cashmere sweater for my husband for Christmas is labeled 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Last time I checked neither comes from a goat! When asked for a refund the rep offered a 50% refund (not including shipping) when we said no she upped it to 80%.
